RETURN POLICY UPDATE PLEASE READ!

(As of March 2020 DUE TO COVID-19 WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING RETURNS OR EXCHANGES) ——— There is one exception below for returns or exchanges.

**NO REFUNDS for late arrivals caused by shipping carriers. SUGASwim LLC uses USPS for all shipping. 

**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY OVER OUR ITEMS DESCRIPTION, AS SOME ITEMS CONTAIN NO STRETCH**

 All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse, our company will not send customers any damaged items. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

Please email us FIRST if there’s a problem with your product. Please DO NOT return or send any merchandise to our warehouse without speaking to someone from our sales team and receiving certified confirmation. SUGASwim will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages sent to us without acknowledgement. Exception: If for any reason SUGASwim makes a mistake by shipping your package after the processing date you are granted  a refund back to your method of payment. Once approved by a sales representative, we will provide you with a return address or label to send your package. Any packages returned to our warehouse without notice or approval will be refused. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs ($8 by USPS). 

ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-3 business days or sooner.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

NO RETURNS ON ANY SWIMWEAR. (NO EXCEPTIONS)


Please email us at Sugaswim101@gmail.com for any questions about exchanges. If an item is deemed exchangeable the item has to be returned within 7 days after the item was received. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted. To complete an exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase. No damaged or worn items will be exchanged. 

To return your product send to the address on your original shipping label . You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING:

How long is processing time?

Please allow 2-3 days for us to process your order. Or sooner on some occasions. 

How long does it take for an item to be shipped?

Please allow between 7-10 business days (M-F) for your order to be shipped and arrive to you.

If more than 10 business days have passed please email us at SUGASwim101@gmail.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Where do I ship return items to?

To return your product, you should email us at Sugaswim101@gmail.com to be provided with the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Available shipping methods for domestic orders include: 

Free Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): for domestic orders over $65.00 applied at checkout. Free Shipping not applicable with other promotions.

Available shipping methods for international orders include:

Canada - USPS Priority Mail International: $25 (7-14 business days)

All Other Countries - USPS Priority Mail International: $35 (7-14 business days)

INTERNATIONAL ONLY: Please note that SUGASwim LLC ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by SUGASwim LLC and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to SUGASwim LLC we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).

How often do items restock?

Most items will not restock, however, if an item restocks we will notify our costumers via social media platforms and email/text subscriptions.

Where is my order?

Tracking information is sent out after 48 hours of purchase. The tracking information will be sent to you directly from our website via email to the email you provided at checkout. 

Once your order is dropped off to the USPS it is no longer our responsibility to track or locate your package. USPS contact Number 1-800-275-8777.

 

DELAYS:

SUGASwim LLC is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the USPS, UPS, FedEx, unclaimed packages, or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to.
